The must spend

So i went through my goal and my income and now is time for the painful part...the bills. I have no idea if it is a lot or not but over last six months I have decreased them a lot. I don't know how much more I could go without giving up on some things I like. So lets group them:

1. Rent for 2 bed apartment in the suburbs- 800/month
2. Household bills: 

• electricity- 70/month 
• gas- depends- 50/every 2 months in summer and 150/2 months in winter.
• water- so far 65/ every 3 months but it might change when water meter will be installed
• bins- 100 once a year

3. Communication

• 2 phone's on bill pay with a lot of minutes and data, never went over unless abroad- 130/month
• TV- 50/month
• Broadband- 55/month
• TV license- 170/year

4. Car

• Tax- 200/every 3 months
• insurance 600/year
• NCT- 50/year
• fuel- at the moment without taking trips just work and shopping it is 200/month

5. Support

• We are supporting our mother's, it is necessary- 250/month
• salary protection scheme- 30/month

6. Work permit as a nurse- 100/year

Wow, now I can see all of them it is a lot.....
